Ltd.’s Autodraft AI, including our custom fine tuned text to image models and Animations ( "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.   • Autodraft AI specializes in creating custom finetuned text to image models and animation capabilities.
  • Our Services allow you to generate images and animated characters based on textual descriptions, leveraging state-of-the-art AI technology.
  • The generated images and animations are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only and should not be considered as factual or representative of the real world.
  1. Use of Services

By using Autodraft's services, you grant Autodraft AI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and showcase content created using the platform ("User Content") for promotional, marketing, and demonstration purposes.

This may include:

  • Featuring your publicly available videos, artwork, or animations
    • Displaying your channel name, thumbnails, and channel logo on Autodraft's website, social media, case studies, and marketing materials
    • Referencing your channel or project as an example of work created using Autodraft

Autodraft will:

  • Use such materials only to showcase work created using the platform
  • Not claim ownership of your User Content
  • Not use private or unpublished content without your consent
  • Not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without explicit permission

  1. Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • All payments made to Allbot Technologies Private Limited are non-refundable, regardless of your usage during the subscription period.
  • This means that once your subscription fee is charged, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused services, unused credits, or partial subscription periods.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellation will only prevent future billing charges and will not result in any refund for the current billing cycle.
  • Exceptions to this policy may only be granted if required by applicable law.
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.

  • If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
  1. Entire Agreement
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Autodraft AI regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements.
